I rescued this box from a hard life as a farmers workhorse - it has loads of work related injuries so I've touched it up with a sharpie pen, panels came from Rob and tip came from Vapaneezer Scrooge.

To begin with it was a pain in the arse getting the top of the vapeshell chimney through the top cap seemed near impossible but I forced it by pushing down onto a worktop.

Once it was all assembled it started giving "check atomizer" message on the screen. I noticed the top of the tanks lid was higher than the top of the vapeshell chimney so the 510 nut couldn't make a connection. I sanded the top of the lid down a little to the chimney was slightly protruding and I've had no problems since.

It could be difficult for vapeshell owners to get it set up but I think its worth the mess about to get it there. Most people don't seem to be having any problems so I wonder if its the vapeshells or the tanks that are a little inconsistent. Although the vapeshell I'm using is a clone, some authentic owners are reporting similar issues and giving up.
