I dropped my Sigelei 100W plus box yesterday and now the screen only half works.:17:

How easy is it likely to be to source and change the display, or now that I've had it open how easy to change the guts for a custom chip of my choosing?

Soldering skills are reasonable, and I have a ready made box, I'm just throwing it out there, what would you do?

I've loved this Mod to be honest, more power than I really need, I'm just gutted as I now can't see how much battery I have left or the ohms scale :(

Thanks in advance for any replies

It all depends on the board size, if you want to swap the board out. If you're happy to de-solder the current board and put a new one in, it's a matter of 4ish wires, so fairly simple.

by the look of it the dna boards have a simaler size screen and the boards are small but its quite a wattage drop sx350j allso 60w single battery and 120w in series

modmaker has sizes on sx350j boards and evolv has data sheets for there boards measure up see what fits and do some pics when your done mate
