Blood Sugar and SS

Will super sweet raise blood sugar levels? Dunno if its being absorbed in a way that it would...
I'm not diabetic, but my OH is. However if I consume anything sweet I crash, and I've noticed I've been needing some naps here lately... like every day lol

Yeah yeah I'm getting older lol
And I ran out of my thyroid medication for a bit as well..
Just trying to track down the source of the need for the naps suddenly after buying some juices with SS in them (my frog cookies and lazy frog blends)

If it is the case can you recommend a good blend to get me completely off the SS. Been trying for a while now but can't seem to lol (been trying to save my coils lol)
Hi, no Cap SS should have no effect. And when you consider you'd be lucky to vape 1 to 3 drops of it a day its nothing really.
Heres a link showing Diabetes friendly sweeteners, SS is Sucralose and on the list.

A poorly treated thyroid for a Hypothyroid patient will cause many things, one of the main things is mental and physical fatigue.

You'll be cold, irritable and tired more so than normal whilst the levels are everywhere.

Oh and likely have muscle aches

Explains a lot wow!
I usually take my Synthroid at 3 am or 4 am because i wake up almost every 1 to 2 hours every night all night anyway. Most nights it's 3. .
But are you saying if I'm an hour off don't take it?
Needs to be 3am every night?
I take it at 3am cause I know I won't have anything on my tummy not even coffee.

I'm bad with drinking coffee though..... my middle name is Coffee0ooYummy lol
I think I live more off coffee than food .....
No lie..... (sigh)

I am an Insulin dependent diabetic, and I have not found any change in my blood sugar levels (tested 3 times daily) due to vaping any type of juice, and I have got sweet tastes.

Ideally it'd be every morning when you're ready to get up and start your day.

Reason being is you're moving, the entire idea of Thyroid medication is aiding the metabolism.

So if you take it, then lay down and sleep, it's not working to its full potential.

My routine for mine for example is 9am every day my phone beeps reminding me to take my medication.

As part of a general check-up at my doctors I had a fasting blood test for diabetes. I vape 20-30ml a day and it came back normal.

The reason I take it at 3 or 4 am is because I know I will be up then. I guess I could switch it to 7 am. In case my sleep patterns change. But I always get up at different times anywhere from 4 am to 9 am depending on how many times I actually woke up and how long it took me to go back to sleep each time lol
And 4 am is when I say screw it and I give up going back to sleep at all. Then I take a nap in the day

I have family and a friend who is insulin dependant I feel for you!! Some medications can raise your blood sugar too. Blood Sugar is so touchy, I really appreciate your input as well.
Keep up the great work keeping yours in check. It's not an easy thing. Takes a lot of work ! Kudos :)

I'm no doctor, but i would've assumed sugars are absorbed into the body via digestion, not inhalation..but i may be wrong.
