Liquidnicotinewholesalers in the states do international shipping for around £3(if you're looking to source something a bit stronger) and sell big bottles of various strength nic(regular and salt), 60ml minimum. There's some restrictions on what strength they'll ship internationally(check the shipping info page), but they look like a nice means for sourcing a load of nic salt cheap(or even regular nic if you buy shortfills that don't include one).
