Boxer Clone sparking at contacts.

This seems to be the popular choice of better contact.

Seems to be a big issue in the recent Chinese squonk boxes. Looks like a brass contact from a simple strip connector. Should make a larger current area.

@EmbraSewerRat . You can pick up copper strips on fleabay, some sellers will even cut it to size requirements. That would still mean bending the strip to replicate the shape. only costs a couple or 3 quid

Cheers for that.
Had already been looking at replacing the contacts with copper. Will need a bit of care as the design is interesting, but have hacksaws and patience.

I also have a boxer clone and a Frankie v3 upto now i have had no issues, apart from my dog tail slapping the boxer knocking it to the floor and the battery being loose. I managed to bend the contact a wee bit and its now working fine again. I reckon putting in some copper replacements will be a good move but only if problems arise like the one you have been witnessing .
Patience is a good thing to have and the hacksaw i think a vice and maybe an iron bar may also come in handy for bending the copper into the correct shape, Good luck with the project @EmbraSewerRat

This isn't right is it?

When the fire button is pressed, there be wee sparks twixt the firing contact and the 510 pin.
I've cleaned the contacts with Autosol, but to no avail.

Any advice or guidance?
