Never had an rda before and just received the Tsunami. If I want to say build a single coil for example, I put one leg in one post and the other leg in the other post. With a single coil does it matter if each leg is in bottom hole of each post?

Hope that makes sense. I am a complete noob to all this coil building as you can tell from the above paragraph.

Cheers,

Not at all Mobb. Still put your top lead in the higher post and your bottom lead in the lower post if you like.

It shouldn't matter. You can use bottom or top, you can even use one top and one bottom.
So long as it's on opposite post it will work.

Depending on the build obviously it may be better suited to use one top and one bottom just because you get a tad more space and can put a bigger build on there (in my opinion).

Thanks for the info. Looking at making a single coil to start around 0.6 ish. What type of wattage could I go up to with that config?

Start low and go til you find your sweet spot. There's no real definitive answer but it will probably start getting tasty around about 40 .

Thanks for the replys all. I only have 26 gauge kanthal will I be able to make coils that actually extend over the air posts as from everywhere I have looked their always using thicker wire? 6 wraps of 26 awg is not going to be very long. As long as some of the coil is over the airflow post will that be ok?
