i did spend over 15 years repairing tv, video, hifi, guitar amps and the like so the assembly of a mod and the associated soldering is relatively straightforward. appreciate the compliment though!!

the enclosure is the NLS G3.5. this uses the fire button on the DNA board and is known as a 3 actuator enclosure, there are other enclosures that use a separate fire button.

the 510 is a source 510, it screws in to a thread on the box so is very stable. i chose the v flat variant as it has a huge positive connector to solder the centre connection onto and is pre tinned so its super easy to get a nice solder joint on.

battery sled is a mosmax dual 18650. can be used as series or parallel configuration, for the DNA75 its parallel so the batteries go in the same way, positives to the top. just link the positive battery lead across the two upper contacts. link the negative lead across the 2 bottom ones then....
if its a DNA250 or 200 it would be wired in series so the batteries go in the opposite orientation to each other and the wiring would differ.

actuators (buttons) theres quite a choice. acrylic or stainless steel, raised, domed, flush......for this particular box you need the ones for a box with 1.9mm wall thickness and the fire button is 8.9mm and the other 2 are 5.9mm. the ones that are used on this actual box are:
