California to ban flavoured tobacco products

Seen on France 24 news channel this morning :- The US Supreme Court has ruled that Calfornia can ban flavoured tobacco products, This was seen as a banner headline and no further details were given.
It seems to me that the powers that be in California deem carrying vape juice more dangerous than carrying an M16, crazy.

I always regarded CA as being one of the more tolerant, lateral thinking states, perhaps I`m watching too much telly.

You`ve got a point there, all vaping hardware and juices can be used tobacco product free.
i`m surprised that the US vaping lobby has not asked for clarification.

I was thinking that, myself. Only nic can possibly be a tobacco product.
But then it’s a country, largely inhabited by Europeans, that’s so deluded they think they are the American natives. So any form of logic, seems, to be totally alien to them.

Sadly the thinking behind this ban isn't restricted to just the US, there's a lot of it about worldwide.
