I signed up to it ages ago and I know how to search for and follow people, just don't get what hashtag is about and what's re tweet and how exactly do you twitter bomb?

Hashtag just gives you a search reference so if you search for ecig anybody has put has #ecig in their tweet will show up, retweet just shares something you have read with those who follow you
