Can anyone fix this for me?

Now first off I'm sorry if I should have posted this elsewhere, this just seemed like the best place to ask.

Now I bought a Warlock V3 a couple of months ago and it has never worked. After much backing and forthing with the vendor and paypal I finally got my money back and so now feel that it is worth asking if any of you modders feel comfortable having a go at fixing it rather than just having it sit around as a pretty paper weight.

From what I can tell the issue is with the button as if unscrew the button cover and pressure on the central section at just the right angle it will fire, but that is the only way, which doesn't make it a very practical mod to use. Any help (or pointing out where I am being an idiot) would be appreciated. Pictures included below.

Its quite an easy DIY fix, on the warlock V3 the wooden part with the positive connectors just pops off to reveal the switch and 510 connectors (not sure if the switch is glued in or not?).

Usually I would say send it my way for a button switch out, but I don't work on MODs without MOFETs on principle....when the button finally dose fail with the risk of fusing the poles together and welding the MOD on and the batteries vent, I don't want the blame!

Might not be clear in the picture but the top section holding the positive pin is pretty firmly glued in place. Would it be possible to add a mosfet to the switch? Personally I am not too worried, but if that is what it takes for someone to work on it then I'm fine with it. As I said I'd really rather this didn't just end up as a fancy paper weight.

awww they must be glueing them in now then, last one I saw was a mates, and it was press fitted in, and there was fuck all room for a MOSFET (that's why he was asking me to look at it).

Sure someone else will be along soon to off to fix it, not everyone is as pro MOSFET as me!

Yeah, don't have the tools to deal with Wood. I'd love to have a pop, but I don't want to ruin a box...

Well I don't really care what the inside looks like as long as it is functional.
