Can I send a vape pen and vape cartridges from the UK to the US?

Hi,

I live in England and my girlfriend lives in America, we both use vape pens and she wanted to try the same one I use (Vype - Soon to be renamed Vuse) and I wanted to know if I am allowed to mail it to her?

I already know that US customers cannot order vape pens online or that no vape products can be shipped from the US to other countries, however, I wish to know if it's OK for someone in the UK to send vape products to the US?

Also, is there a risk of me being in trouble with the police?

We are both adults and the vape pens are normal ones you buy from the store.

All help is appreciated.

one thing to also consider is if they contain any Lithium-Ion batteries, they are highly restricted for transport, and if you can't prove they are a type that conforms to what is set out in section 38.3 of the UN manual of tests and criteria. the Wh rating on them should be low enough that they would be considered as section II batteries/cells so only require a certain label on the package.
as for being stopped by customs, that depends on what you describe them as really
