Can you still get single 18650 battery low wattage mods?

I got £9.99 Gen 220w around Christmas time, it's been excellent, its lightweight and comfortable in the hand and has a nice texture feel, its Axon chip seems reliable from everything I have heard, goes down to 5w aswell. Only thing I can nit pick is having a thin base with a tall atomizer its can be easy to knock over..
