Capella Concentrate Questions :)

Hey Guys

So I have been mixing my own juices for a while now, normally 70/30 VG-PG

I was buying VG and PG bottles and calculating the mix, adding Capella "Vanilla Custard" concentrate

But recently I noticed that I am not getting the taste sensation I was?


The concentrate smells great as always, but after steeping for 7/10 days, almost all that seems to get lost?

I was wondering if I need to dd some sweetener, or have I simply gotten too used to the flavour, and not getting the results I want anymore?

I admit I have gotten lazy, and started using a pre-mixed VG/PG product, as its mixed to 70/30 already so saves me a job, and "seems" to do the job

And I use a VERY small amount of Nicotine

Mixing with 20% concentrate, so perhaps I need to up this to 25%-30% now?

try adding ethyl maltol i find it a great flavor enhancer

Vapers tongue, it happens to people who mostly vape one flavour for a long time.
Give it a rest and vape something different for a while then come back to your custard.

20% of just vanilla custard is probably why you're getting no taste, your olfactory senses have just got used to the flavour and are blocking it out (vapers tongue). Try dropping the percentage to like 10 and the vapers tongue shouldn't set in so fast.

To clear it you should switch to a totally different flavour for a few days, some people swear by Heisenberg or Menthols.

Well I made up 250ml with 25% 10 days ago, so need to get through that lol

But will order something like Banana for a change, and if still the same, will drop it to 10% on the next batch
