Capella mixing percentages

Vanilla custard I mix at 20% ...

in fact most I mix at 20% capella wise!

gives you loadsa good flavour :)

How long do you steep this for? I made some up at 15% 5 days ago and tried it today, wasn't overly impressed. Im thinking this will need a longer steep but maybe more flavouring too.
 
I love Capella Chocolate Fudge Brownie at 20%, it's as good as eating the real thing, but with less calories!!

I've made some Chocolate Fudge Brownie (got in trade) at 15% with 2% dulce de leche, should be ready Saturday... :drool:

When mixed at 20% it's enjoyable after a week but really excellent after 2.

It's unbelievable how different it is after steeping - freshly made I find it unvapeable.

Also found it is sensitive to PG-VG ratio, at 60PG 40VG it is perfect for me, tried a batch 50/50 thinking it wouldn't make much difference but surprisingly it had a lot less flavour than 60/40.
 
Hopefully my 50/50 mix will be OK

Never tried my mixes immediately always waited for a minimum of 5 days, a case of wait and see... :D
 
Cracked open my 50/50 20% Lemon Meringue after a week's steeping tonight and it's, well, biscuit base.

Suggestions?
