Caravela pins

[Daffs]

Bit of a long shot.....I have a couple of caravela's but both have only one centre pin, problem is no matter which batteries I use they are slightly too long so I end up with a bit of a gap between connections. They fire okay but don't look right. Does anyone have or know where I can get some of various sizes. Am not wanting to file them down. Please PM if you can help.

Best bet is to buy a paps telescopic centre pin from vapist when available and adjust it to fit all tubes and atties.

I read today as I have just grabbed a caravela that only flat top batteries fit correctly Daffs, you know if that's right as that could be the problem?

this would make the gaps even bigger due to the way the pin sits in the top cap

mine is fine in 18350 (only size i have) using flat top efests with carto tanks,...yes you can cheat a touch with a cart but with it flush it does sit just right with no gaps

Right, it fits fine now with sony 18650 flat top but its really poor with a efest 18650 nippled.....can live with that as I prefer the sony's. In 18350 mode there is a gap but its not as bad as in 18650 so flat tops I 18350 may be ok....if that makes any sense lol....I guess I will jst keep fiddling around with tanks/drippers too for best fit.......which so far is the omega dripper with a sony battery

That was my thinking when I bought my caravela but there wouldn't be enough room for the batteries with this. They should have made the battery tubes just a few mm longer imo.
