Changing Nicotine quantities

Hi guys i have bought 5 x 10ml bottles of nic shots at 70/30 vg/pg and 9mg nicotine. I vape at 3mg and I am thinking to make one bigger bottle out of the some of the smaller ones at 3mg strenghth, so if I tip my 2 bottles into a 100ml bottle that is 20ml at 9mg nicotine and because 1 bottle holds 7ml VG and 3ml PG 2 bottles must be 14 VG and 6 PG, so if I treble the amount of PG and VG by adding plain VG and PG ie: add 28 ml of VG and 12 ml of PG I will end up with 60 ml of 3 mg nic shots.
Can anyone tell me if that is right or am I going wrong somewhere. Thanks all look forward to your comments
