Looking for some mods to get me started! If you're bored or not getting on with a piece please let me know! Ideally I'd love a box but I'm up for anything!

I'm not looking to screw anyone over price wise, so I'm up for haggling etc.

Have a look on fasttech. They do cheap clones you know. Some people hate clones. In fact, some are so anti clone they are known throughout the forum as being anti clone. If I say clone enough times mawsely will bite and I can put the pic I used in the (hidden content/closed) thread in here so it's not lost forever. It wouldn't be right to just put it here on such a weak link.

trawl the classifieds in the forum, see what pops up, better to pick something you fancy than get something you may not like. I will say I have both clones and genuine in my setups. Some clones are truly awful, so a nice genuine at right price can be a better option. As long as you don't get a connoseir connosuer conass elitist prick who thinks that because they paid top dollar for it you should pay almost the exact same amount they paid, even though it's second hand.

joking aside, I bought a dingo for about two thirds the cost of new and still love the little thing. If all you want is cheap though, do your research. It's kind of universal in the fasttech forums that the clones with side buttons aren't great. I feel I should add, to my knowledge the dingo hasn't been cloned so I am not suggesting anything untowards here. Just saying.

Sigelei did a god awful clone of the roller ... which is NEARLY a dingo ... they used to melt on people

Hehe thanks for the info, I am by no means a purist a solid clone is fine by me. What are peoples experiences places like ebay and amazon? Personally I'd rather buy from someone on the forum or at least the very least a dedicated site

Someone suggested the site Elegant Vapour to me in another thread. They do a build your own deal which seems quite cheap. Haven't ordered yet though.

The prices are average certainly not as good as FT

Ebay good if you want a clone of a clone, likely be sold to you as an original though And probably two thirds of the price of an original, albeit twice as expensive as a clone from elsewhere.

Thats why want ideally to buy from people on here, i know what im getting and if its used they can tell me if it'll be to my tastes
