Is it that the US government doesn't care about its citizens and is happy to see them kill themselves with 100mg base (NOT 100%)?

or

Is it that European governments are overly protective and dont really understand the whole issue?

Guess its a case of making up your own mind and acting accordingly... but given the hideous litigation levels in the USA I fail to see how 100mg base is freely sold if it really is that 'dangerous'.

I prefer to be credited with some common sense when handling etc. and would point out that if the EU (TPD) were not such cunts then no-one would see the need to stockpile anyway

The company in question sells both 100mg which is only a bit more dangerous than what we can legally buy they also sell almost and 997mg or 99.7% this is seriously toxic and is the stuff that can kill you through skin contact.
Whether you can legally buy it without some form of licence I would doubt.
