Cinnamon concentrate

Cinnamon red hot is like the fireball or like the American hot tamales.
Cinnamon and cinnamon spice are still hot but they have a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Cinnamon Danish and cinnamon roll are a little heat with a sweet bun taste.

My favourite concentrate is cinnamon churro as it tastes more like a sweet cinnamon donut.

I need to ask if anyone has had sinus / nasal related issues and problems from vaping spicy flavours. I've been using Capella Anise and Flavour Apprentice Cinnamon Spice in an attempt to help ward off and relieve vapers tongue. I've suffered nose bleeds (not blood running out of the nose type of bleeding) and sinusitis. Seems to be since I started using the spice concentrates, I might have mixed them up too strong, perhaps anything upto 10%. Shame really, its certainly revived my taste buds and I quite enjoy the big flavour hit. I've also been combining them with method, spearmint and peppermint via dripping, no doubt I'm the architect of my own downfall.
