Bear with me. It is likely to be next week now as the parts only turned up this morning. Plus I have got a few orders for our dna75 mod which must take priority.
Here are a couple of pictures of the first one..

If they work well and I get good feedback from you guys. I will release the files so anyone with a 3d printer can make one themselves. Or of course we can make them up for a small fee.

Looks like you feed the Clapton wire from the bottom and up through the end post onto the core wire which you run through the upper holes?
I'm probably going to the Manchester vape meet on the 3rd of sept if you'd like me to take it there for people's opinions.
 
I'm up for this if you haven't reached 5 yet ... or can stretch to one more tester.
I've made claptons and fused claptons, using Kanthal and 306L so far but finding the knack hard to nail down ...
