An ultrasonic will get stuff that pipe cleaners simply can't access.

I do personally strip my tanks more than shown in the pic though - remove positive pins and stuff.

My little one went pop the other day so I found this one on fleabay. £21 delivered (UK) and 750ml so bigger than the usual one quoted. 480 seconds timer and a little light that is almost completely useless!
