cleito SS316L coils

Vapes fine in power mode
Another thing often recommended to try in this situation is to stick a pin in the cotton in the juice feed holes and loosen it up a bit. Sometimes with pre made coils the cotton is too tight for TC.

OK so I have just got my first dna mod and I have a cleito lying around with a SS316L coil. I have set up the mod with the right material profile for the coil but cannot get any vape, it is hitting temp protection almost instantly and the sits at around 8w to hold the temp but that won't fire the coil.

So my question is what the hell am I doing wrong?

I'm going with @Mr Numpty, probably too tightly wicked - just as a test open the Cleito up and drip a butt load of juice directly into the coil to get it really wet - then vape it, if you get a few good vapes then it starts to drop off, you've got your answer. Wicks need to be really wet for TC to work at it's best - You can cheat it a little by raising the temp to compensate - but you should be able to get good vapour and flavour in the 400f - 450f range,

I've tried everything with it and I guess it must be the cleito coils whether it is the wicking or not I can't tell.

But I have to say the mod is superb with my other tanks, might just retire the cleito!

Get the RTA section and the fatboy glass, i prefer it to my griffin 25.
