Hi Folks,
I just wanted to post my experience of using Nathan and Cloud House Vapor.
I placed an order of around £50 (after the generous discounts) for some liquids around the 22nd of October. The order was processed and posted (using La Poste) within 24hrs - however after the usual 5-6 days (they are based in France), I had not received the juice and dropped Nathan an email - immediate response suggesting that I wait another day or so as La Poste can be as poor as Royal Fail (and their T&C's state 5-7 working days) - few days later still no show so another email to Nathan.
Within minutes of my email, Nathan replied with an apology and offered to resend the entire package immediately - no questions asked!
Given it was quite late in the day, I suggested we wait one more day, and if still no show he could resend the order the following day
As luck would have it the order did indeed arrive today! - so all ended well...
However, the fact that he was prepared to resend the order, no questions asked and responded to each and every one of my emails in a timely and positive manner - just left me with a good feeling! -I am glad the order arrived and he wasn't out of pocket - thank you Nathan
