Coil description and best coils to use.

Hi all,
I just wanted to ask the more knowledgeable than me what is the classification for different RDA coils ie until the expo I thought alien clapton were flat core clapton, and I see on different web sites, things like tiger, alien, staircase etc all with different wire contents.
I would like to know the proper description for as many as possible types of coils and where is the best place or brand of coils or coil wire to go.
I’m vaping a single 21700 squonk mech mod with dual coils.
