So I've been vaping a while using tanks rda's the lot. I've moved to mechs and I gotta say my dual parallel started to feel a bit weak. So now into my problem I've gotten myself a dual series mech and it looks sick
But it only seems to give dry hits I'm not sure what the problem is it does it with my tfv8 with the rba ohming at .32 and my hellboy rda at .34 the worst part is the hellboy started spitting flames but the wick is juiced. What am I doing wrong and why has everything been fine for vaping until I went to series mechs

a series mech is putting out over 200w at that resistance, probably over your battery amp limit,

Try upping the ohms.. this should help prevent the dry/burnt hits.. will also decrease amp draw on batteries which could be a problem as drawing more than they can handle safely wont be good.. give it a try at around 0.5 or so and let us know.. with the right batteries you will be well within safety limits and also should avoid too many dry hits unless you are totally chaining it.. just out of interst did you do a full strip down and clean of the rba/rda before using on this set up (only neccessary if new) cause machine oil etc can cause yucky dry/burnt tasting hits as well...

I'll give that a try any recommendations for reaching that resistance?
The rda I've had a long time and it works fine on my parallel mod

I was told that 0.3 was the lowest you could go for dual series?

is it the hells gate mod? dual series 4 batteries?

would you normally vape at that wattage on a regulated device? if yes to all the qustions, try bigger diameter coils or it could be your wicking, or both

No just 2 batteries in Series. It is possibly my wicking that's not great I've never hadone anyone tell me if it's done right or not just know it's worked previously

so just a series mod then. 0.32 is putting out 220w, 26 amps, try a build at 0.5, a couple more wraps, slightly larger inner coil diameter, and check your wicking
make sure your using good batteries, safe vaping

Thanks I'll try a .5 when I got the time :) probably is mostly my wicking
