I've not yet received my order. I did call up and was told it would arrive, but it still hasn't. It has now been 10 days since my order.
I have also emailed numerous times but as of yet have not have a reply.
I would really appreciate some contact and to sort out my order please.
It is a shame as I've seen numerous posts about the top notch service.

Money is tight for me and I sold my previous vaporiser to fund my new one. So I don't have any device to use at the moment and also cannot afford to buy another.

myepack generally have excellent customer service. They were vendor of the year 2014 and well deserved. I would guess this is more the fault of her majesties RM.

I'm sure they will be in touch.

I'm sure we spoke on the phone on Monday and you were going to give it another few days
and call us back if the order didn't arrive by then ?
 
I did indeed. I did send an email last night about it.
I'll give you guys another call today.
Just thought I'd try another avenue of contact.

Apologies, didn't mean for my post to come off as dickish. Reading it back it does a bit.
