Haven't seen them yet, but one of mine split, so emailed cov and they sent 2 more out to me.
In the email, back in September, they said they were trying to get replacements out asap.

Sorry bit off topic but is the serial number that you register the long number quoted under the quick code box. Couldn't get the qc to work so went online and did it manually using the number.
