Cream ideas

Hi apes just wondering what everyone's thoughts on the best cream bases are been trying to find a good one but just can't seem to nail it

Have you tried TFA's Vanilla bean ice cream? It feels like cheating but makes a very nice base to build other creams on.

I found that no one cream had any discernible flavour so set about mixing my own cream base.

You can use anything that vaguely resembles a cream like caramel or vanilla.

My current mix is equal amounts of sweet cream, Bavarian cream, malted milk, butter, condensed milk, caramel and vanilla.

After a few weeks steeping it has a strong creamy taste that comes through in any mix.
