I had to return my malfunctioning DNA 30 to a well known store in Wembley and, although I had to wait a while for the management to approve a replacement, they did. Better still I got a Kangertech subtank mini, some Cosmic Fog Kryptonite and a free 10 ml of their own juice for the delay. Thanks to the team there - Pani et al.
