Totally different circumstances. Cummings travelled to isolate with family support close by to care for his 4yr old if he and his wife couldn't. She travelled to a second home twice for no reason other than wanting to be somewhere else. She received a police warning. Cummings has not.

It's also strange that he hasn't been tested........really.... I would have thought the PM and cabinet n all in number 10, would have been tested..by now....to be safe n sure.
