Custard concentrate other than capella?

I normally add a Vanilla Bean Icecream to my Cap Custard but everyone has their own tastes

Sounds like a good shout i got some of that as well what ratio would you suggest?

Everyone's palate is slightly different, but I mix Solubarome VC at 10% and it's fine for me

Well I'm double happy with that matey I just smashed out 100ml at 10%, bit of hot plate and cake mixer action and it tastes great here and now
