No, but I have been looking at them, so if you try it, please let you know what you think. I'm using Capella Vanilla Custard, it's nice. I haven't melted any thing yet either ;-) x

Mine arrived today.. Hmmmmm obviously not tried it yet, but it's completely different to the Capella one which is clear with a slight yellowish tint and smells like Steamgunks Captain Custard.. the Vapours-r-us one, is very very dark.. looks almost black through the bottle & smells like old fashioned black jack sweets to me.. but my sense of smell is crap.. so I asked my kids one said cough syrup the other one just said yuk.. they both said the Capella one smelt like custard.. so not a good sign..

I think I will message them and check its not a mis-labeled bottle..

Would you post your current successful custard recipe in the 'DIY Custard Collaboration' Thread in mixology for me please as hopefully I will start mixing so test batches tomorrow x

Hmm they do a black jacks one don't they, let's hope its a mistake so you get a free bottle ;-). There's no recipe to mine yet Hun, just the Capella on its own as wanted to taste the single flavour, I do have a plan in mind tho, so will post that once I've tried it out x

Hi stoobs..what ml are the percentages for your banana custard for,i wouldnt mind having a bash at making it..Ive just started making my own juices and custards are the first ones im gonna try..cheers!

@Zenx those percentages are for use with an ejuice calc so any ml you want. If your on android grab the potv one otherwise use the ejucemeup one both work fine

stoobs..just downloaded the potv one and saved your recipe on that..will make a tester first then make a bigger mix if i get it right,it seems simple enough,so i should do!! Thanks again..

All good your welcome you may want to try 15% custard 15% banana and 5% Bavarian Cream I did at first then upped it to 20 20 & 6

no worries give custard 3-4 weeks at least steeping this can be sped up slightly using a milk frother or hot water method

If i can wait that long! I mixed it tonight and drooling already,lol...I intended just to make up 10mls but it smelt too good that i ended up making 40 mls in total..I think ive got a frother somewhere so will give it a whisk in a few days.Thanks Stoobs!
