Looking very promising on the ginger custard Lee. Am getting a lovely rich ginger that does not overpower the custard. Will let you know how it develops and give the other custards a sample tomorrow

This is good to know as I succumbed to a bottle as I love ginger.

In my head I keep referring to it as Lee’s Ginger Juice. This is wrong on so many levels.
