Bacon flavours should be kept to bacon and bacon fries only! I used to make a lovely maple and chipotle bacon back in the day. People went mad for it.
But no, don’t get hypnotised by the owls large eyes, take some time and then make a great barista range instead!

@Lee have you ever come across a book called the flavour thesaurus? It’s a great book for anyone interested in food and flavour. I’d recommend the kindle version as you can use the hyperlinks for easy cross reference. I found it solved some tricky flavouring problems and provided some useful inspiration.
