Depends what recipe you want to use. I personally use it. If you want a custard like Grants Vanilla Custard then yes you need it. If you just want a straight custard flavour then no.

I put a couple of drops of Capellas Marshmallow in my custard.

cant remember who posted the recipe ,but i`ve seen mentioned capella custard @10% DLL @1% and bavarian cream @? dont remember the % for bavarian cream .just got more concentrates in today and eager to get mixing some yummy custard .not really exstatic about kandi hed crazy creamy custard
