As above, has anyone used it and whats a recommended %

I've tried it on its own at 2.5% (darkstar recommendations) but can hardly taste a thing...

Anyone?
 
I use it in mixes at 2% and combine it with FA almond at 0.5% Inawera Marzipan at 0.5% and FA black cherry at 1% - find this works well in cherry Bakewell battenburg type recipes where you really want to taste the marzipan. Never tried it as a single recipe as I'd imagine it would be rather bland
