Different nic strentgh for different times

My DIY fruit mix is 0mg and I buy 12 or 16mg menthol / menthol chill. Depending on mood, stress levels, if drinking, chain vaping etc that dictates how much of the menthol I add to my tank, could be a few drops, could be a healthy squeeze.

during the day im using 3mg mostly in my squonk set ups, when i go out walking the dogs or bike riding then its my pods loaded with 10mg nic salts it helps with my anxiety issues.

12mg all day for me, apart from the suorin air which has 24mg for stealth use.

I considered dropping to 9 a while ago and mixed up 2 50ml bottles, but found I was puffing more. So 12 it is.

I don’t get a buzz. If I over-do it with 20mg nic salts, I get a small wave of nausea that tells me to stop vaping.

I vape mostly 12-14mg liquids mtl. I drop down to 6mg at around 9pm, because too much nic in my system makes my nightmares worse, and they’re bad enough thank you very much!

I vape 20mg nic salts when I’m at work, or somewhere I know I need to vape less than I ordinarily would, e.g. a friend’s house.

Sounds like my experience, I do get a little sick, passes in a minute or so. I would love a nic rush, but seems it isn't to be. I kind of guessed that already, but was hoping I was maybe doing something wrong.

For now my satisfaction when mtl is from the throat hit and the 20mg ivg salt range gives me a hefty throat hit where freebase 18mg gave me none, strange that. Annoying thing is that my 20mg DIY salt liquids give me no throat hit, go figure...
