I’ve got this in the 4ml version and it was all together perfect and then I cleaned it and have gone to put it back together and now the plastic glass bit doesn’t seem to fit right. I don’t know if I’ve lost something during cleaning, or just missing something simple. I’ve tried to look for a guide to all the parts but not haunt much joy. Any ideas? I’ve attached pics.

You can’t tell from the pics, but basically when screwing the top cap on it doesn’t fit evenly. There is an o’ring on the outer part of the plastic top that screws in which I presume should go there. I’ve tried with and without this but with the same results.

This may help identify whats missing or misplaced.

2m 50s onwards, look for the oring placements

I've not got that tank, but I have struggled with cross-threading on plastic tank sections before. When trying to screw back on, try turning it the wrong way until you feel it drop slightly and then screw the right way.

Best pic I can find:

Thanks. Had a look and mine is slightly different as it’s the straight 4ml model so the extension is fixed in. I can’t see anything in that video that I’m missing I don’t think.

Thanks. From what I can see nothing seems to be cross threading.

Sorted. Don’t know what I did, but started assembling from top down and went on perfectly. Unscrewed when together and it fit correctly back on, so who knows.
