Yeah, that Auto power off after 3 mins without operations can be a real bitch if your mid way though a mix and have to do something else.

Really looking for no Auto power off function, so its not a race against the clock.

it seems that the mains powered ones are really expensive.

3 minutes should be more than enough time as long as you've got all of the ingredients next to you imo
