Loved the fogger v2, now it's all gone to shit.

I get a burnt taste, not from burnt wick or dry burn, but because the air hole seems to be shorting out!

Where the airhole comes up into the main chamber there is a small orange spark or glow at one point on the edge and I'm sure it's that which is burning the silica insulator and causing the awful taste, sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't.

Here is a picture of what I mean, sorry that it isn't very clear

Nope I can't see a picture either, the insulators are known to move out of place on these, if you can get the base apart to get to the airflow deck you could probably fix it!

that doesnt look good. theres no way in hell id be putting that anywhere near my face.

im no use when it comes to sugestions on how to fix it. i set my fogger up twice. hates it traded it just like that.

That don't look clever at all.....cant help you out as I've never seen a fault like that before..:(

Think Mawsley posted a fix for a Fogger on his blog, involved taking the base apart and slicing a chunk off the washer(I'm not 100% sure of the actual item)as during use the post moves and eventually causes a short.
