diy and nic levels

hi all
i have only been mixing for one week. i normally vape 12mg nic pre mixed but i have made 10 and 8mg.
im wondering whether to mix my next batch at 6mg as i seem to be getting nic headaches.
does anyone else mix a lot lower than what they are used to?
cant be a bad thing i suppose.

When I was on a kanger pro tank 2 I was on 24 mg
this was my giving up smoking first e cig
now I am on a fogger v4 at 10 mg
feels low some times but ok

Diy juice mixed at X mg nic strength is the same as any other juice of X mg strength. 12mg is 12mg it doesn't turn into 212mg via the miracle of DIY.
It is possible that your headaches are caused by another reason/s eg, excessive vaping, over concentrated flavourings. or even that your nic dose has been a little over eager/inaccurate.

i started off on 32mg nic and steadily got down to 12/11 but now mixing my own it seems pretty powerful. checked time and again and ive definately mixed properly. looks like im going down to 6mg and 2 for the dripper.

Started at 12mg around 6months ago and i'm now vaping 12mg & 6mg so i'm slowly stepping down to 6mg

+1 on home made mixes seeming stronger .i made 2 bottles @18mg ..been bouncing between 12mg and 18mg dripping and in kayfuns .no ill effects ...but the new homebrew knocked me bandy ..

Started on genesis type attys @ 18mg,switched to RDA's and as the wattage increased,the nicotine level decreased(though only to 13mg,as lower sets me off growling at the merest hint of stress and even 13mg can result in the occasional rant)
