That depends if your local vape shop stocks diy supplies. If they do I'd be very surprised if they don't have sweetener or super sweet. Where do you get your supplies now? They should hold it in stock wherever it is

Can you not just buy some online? All vaping sites that do DIY sell it. Even ebay sells 10ml TFA sweetener for £1.85 free delivery

Just buy it online pal with your next diy order, everywhere that does diy sells it

If you go into a Pharmacy you can buy plain VG over the counter and it is already sweetened.

This won't help him sweeten a juice much though. If he likes it sweeter he will need to buy a sweetener online like suggested
