VG from Boots. Some starter kits offer poor value but convenient.

Agreed, I mixed up 100ml of Red Astaire, at 30%, 3mg and it came in at just over a tenner.

I churn out 10ml of ice menthol at 40/60 pg/vg at 6mg nic for 44 pence. The price you can get hold of the nic for makes the biggest difference.

I mix 50ml every batch, and price pretty much depends on the concentrates. I do suggest buying 'premixed' concentrates at the start though. If you are over ambitious, you may get annoyed that you spent all this money and end up with unpleasant juices. By premixed I mean things like Pink Spot/T-juice or whatever.

Oh sorry, 20% normally but if I'm doing a black ice I mix 5% blackjack & 15% ice menthol

Make your own menthol concentrate

Get a 5g pot of menthol crystals from your chemist and chuck them in a 30ml bottle. Top up with PG and shake the life out of it. Warm it a little if you like but keep shaking until all the crystals are dissolved.

Use this concentrate in your DIY juice. I use 10% for a strong straight menthol juice
