Dna 30 cutting out on firing

Trying to revive an Original Dna 30 vapor shark.
it turns off/shuts down when you hit fire.
Would this be a wiring isssue or duff battery?

It could be either really, but if the Lipo is the original fitted in the mod and the chipset wasn't defective when you last used I'd suspect the lipo to be the culprit particularly if it has been left for ages without being charged.

I swapped the lipo but was still cutting out.
Ive managed to clean the port on the charge board as it was hit and miss as to whether it was actualy charging.
the red light is on now and performs as it should when on charge so fingers crossed it may be a happy ending.
