So after a painful week getting this mod ready, I gave up on the original plan and grabbed a Stealthvape pre drilled case
This is my first time setting up a regulated mod or using a lipo
Went for a turnigy nano 950mah 25-50c, mm 510 and nls-g3.3 enclosure

One wire from the lipo ended a bit short as the build is going in a tighter enclosure at some point, that's if I ever get my faceplate right.

Got an escribe question though, 28amp is a bit on the high side for this pack from what I've read, can I limit the max draw on the board via escribe or would capping the wattage be more effective?
Not that I expect to be Vaping that high but never a bad idea to put the right safety in place

you can limit the wattage in escribe, I know that, not sure on amp limit though

nice job mate

Right I'll have to find that then, suppose it doesn't really make much difference as get will both put a cap on what amps I can draw
I think escribe is going end up as much work as the mod

Great first job !
It's been something I've wanting to build since I started making mods, made a handful of mosfet boxes and simple builds but never felt ready to work on a regulated mod
Great feeling finally getting one right though

its where you put the battery settings , in the mod/power tab on escribe, soz I cant be more specific, been a while since I've used escribe, make sure you have manufacture/advanced setting checked in the tools/settings section (again apologies if thats the wrong place to find it)

if under options you set the interface to manufacturer in the mod tab you can set amps limit

That battery pack is rated for 25 - 50c, giving a Discharge rating of 950*25 or 23.75 amps for continuos and 950*50 or 47.5 amps for pulsed discharge, 30 amps should be no great shakes for that kind of battery - but at full tilt it won't last very long...

Yeah I picked it for a smaller enclosure than this one, but just not managed to get it ready yet, but it lasts better than I expected it.
As for the amps Im usually just a bit over cautious
