Are we talking drop at a time or 1% at a time?

I add in increments of 1% and then adjust up or down later as required. My smallest mixes are 30ml so I'm usually measuring in multiples of 0.1ml. Measuring by drop is extremely unreliable, though it can be plenty good enough for a small scale DIY mix.

I like the idea of diluting to a third, I normally mix 4ml testers (about a kayfun full) and if successful I'll then mix up a 10 or 30ml. If this stuff is that powerful, it may be hard to use at full strength in my 4ml testers, if I use one 33% drop in my 4ml test I can scale up to 2 or 3 in a 10ml bottle I guess

Dagger....dont pay too much attention to me,i'm new to this game...
but i was worried that em and full strength sweetener may be too much for my 5-8ml samples...
My first mixes were all car crash stuff...possibly due to em overdose or probably more likely due to me thinking i was gordon ramsay.....f&*kin useless f&h%ing b&#$ard custard f€#±er

Hah, sounds a lot like a summary of my mixing career so far, nearly everything has been rank. Trying a bit of this with some of that and getting flavour percentages waaaay out, single mixes have mostly ended up bitter and bland (apart from fruit) now I've learned that capella flavours are mostly unsweetened, this could be why everything has been crap. And your idea of diluting to a third is just a damn good idea really, if it is that strong and I mix in small amounts, full strength may well cause me even more problems!

i diluted my sweetener to 33%....gives me a touch more control in 10ml bottles where 1 drop may not be enough with 2 being too much...
I always give it a froth/shake and leave overnight before tasting
(Although i'm not sure if thats required ,but better safe than sorry)
I'm currently using 1 drop em and two/thirds sweetener per 10ml...
I may try and cut down on em (esp in custards) at a later date..due to info VaperCaper above

Your tip of diluting the sweetener for more control has totally transformed my mixing!
I was gonna jack it all in, everything I made tasted crap, either too bitter or one drop of sweetener turned them into unvapeable syrup. Even though it is quie obvious when you think about it, I'd have never thought of it. your tip has made it SO much easier to make a good tasting juice.
