I sent my Rebel DNA75 2x700 for a screen repair on the 7th of December, cost me about £30.44 that’s with shipping. I’ve sent the mod back to Esauce who I bought the mod from along with the return/repair sheet I had to print and fill out. I sent Esauce an email a few days ago asking how the repair is coming along cause they haven’t updated the repair order since the 14th and wondering when I’ll have the mod back in my hands, I got no response from them.

I’m starting to think they’ve took my mod, my money and I’ll never see the mod again. I know full well that at the moment Royal Mail is understaffed and overworked but it would be nice for Rebel or Esauce to contact me back telling me what’s going on.

Oh, it seem that the Rebel mods are... funny. I have tried to message them witho one question today using the "contact us" page... I gave up on the 14th (FOURTEENTH) captcha solving.
It is better to search/buy elsewhere: same time spent, better results.

I emailed them twice this week prior to ordering my Rebel mod and both times they responded fairly quickly. If possible, I always try to avoid using contact forms. I used the email address I found on their contact page. [email protected]

Well, indeed.
But: I believe the website is a frontend. If one sets it up in a way effectively preventing the contact - it does provide a flavour about what they want to have as a relation: supplier/manufacturer <-> customer.
If they set it up to create a barrier - OK, move on.
