Don't get rid of your premium juice before you step it down !!!

I just realised after reading threads about stepping juice that it change taste after week or so.Two weeks ago ordered some Squid Ink from kraken.I couldn't wait for it to come.When I tried it I was really disappointed.It tasted like Fairy washing up liquid ! Tonight I tried again and surprise surprise ,taste really lovely and refreshing with no taste of detergent .

Its called "steeping" yes it does often help, some juices need steeping a couple of weeks, others are ready to go...

all handmade liquids pretty much need some degree of steeping

Single fruit flavours tend to be good to go from the mixing bowl,mixed flavours tend to always require steeping to allow the flavours to mingle.(this is a generalisation,try a juice as received,if not happy,hide it in a cupboard where nobody can get it for a while & retry)
