Sharing this as tbh it’s just made me happy helping someone out.

A couple of weeks ago while I was on holiday I noticed this review.

So after jumping through some GDPR hoops I contacted the guy and sent him a replacement.

This is the response I got back.

Andrew was also on holiday at the time and when he got back 101 sent him some juice.

But the best one is this.

A random customer also helped.

we see quite a bit, of this kindness, here. I’ve been the recipient of it, in the past. It’s gratifying to see it continue to spread. Through suppliers and retailers.
