Downtime 04/01/14 Fasthosts!!

OK we seem to be back online.
It appears that Fasthosts suffered massive power outages this morning.
Whilst we do not have a server through them directly we do use their DNS servers to point our domain names to our dedicated server and this meant we had nothing. It appears that the same fate was suffered by thousands of websites both across the UK and worldwide... oops!

What a bunch of muppets!!
You think there would be some redundancy in place for this but there we are, at least we're back

last time fasthosts went down was because there server rooms were under 12 feet of water!,, caused major crap for about 3 days

my stuff was down too...got my names through them, same situation as potv. wasnt the end of days though, although a bit disappointed.
